Who will be in my home?
A crew of 2 or 3 highly trained people in uniform and supervised
by our management staff. We often will do quality control checks
with a manager doing an inspection of the work done in your
home.
Are you insured and bonded?
It is very important that anyone working in your home be insured
and bonded. We are insured.
What time will you be cleaning my home?
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and you
will be scheduled during these times. You may request a clean
before or after 12 noon.
Do I need to be home?
It is not necessary to be home in fact most of our customers
are not. We keep a copy of your key and code it and store it
in our safe lock box. Apartment home residents can authorize
entry by notifying the office at your property.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Simply mail a check payable to Utah House Cleaning and
make arrangements with our office to be invoiced.
How will I know when to expect my cleaning?
You will be entered into our computer with a specific cleaning
schedule taking into account your availability and ours. You
can notify us of any special attention needs. |
